Can I get rid of all body pain and diseases with the practice of Yoga Asana?

Honestly, it varies from person to person. If you’re already diagnosed with an illness, please continue your clinical treatment and obtain your doctor’s consent in writing before practicing Asana with me. Yoga Asana can act as a preliminary precaution for any illness, and in some cases, it can help control chronic pain caused by chemotherapy, sciatica, scoliosis, or restlessness.

What is the ultimate purpose of practicing Yoga?

The ultimate purpose of practicing Yoga is to attain a state of Meditation, where the Mind and Body are in complete sync and inner peace is achieved.
